Returns and Exchanges:
Our returns and exchanges policy lasts 21 days. If 21 days have gone by since the day your order was fulfilled, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, if applicable.
- Send an email to email@example.com, with your order number and the item you would like to return. In addition, please include the reason for the return.
- We will respond in 48 hours and provide you a prepaid shipping label so you can return your item with free shipping. In addition, we will provide further instructions on how to return the item.
- Once you receive your prepaid label, please mail your return item with proof of purchase.
Any item that is returned more than 21 days after original order fulfillment date will not be eligible for return.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Next, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
